UX Research Apprentice

Job Description

We are looking for someone to fill a part-time, paid apprenticeship in summer 2022. While the position is remote (teleworking), preference will be given to candidates in Germany and the European Union.

The core tasks for this apprenticeship include designing and executing usability tests and creating/updating user personas and stories based on key research findings.

Qualifications

The apprentice will need to have the following skills and qualifications:

First-hand experience conducting interviews or user testing
The ability to interpret quantitative and qualitative feedback
Experience in planning and conducting research
Near-fluency in German and English (C1 or higher)
Knowledge of industry tools such as Figma

Ideally, the UX research apprentice will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, be a team player, pay attention to detail, be adaptable, and be passionate about improving the quality of maternal and newborn healthcare.
